Cleaning & Maintenance

Do not Dry-Heat: Avoid heating a coated griddle without food or liquid, as rapid temperature changes can crack the coating. Always coat with cooking oil before preheating.
Clean hot griddle with warm water or let it cool and use cold water. Do not use cold water to clean a hot griddle.
Do not use cleaning tools like wire britles, steel wool on your coated griddle as it will damage the coating. Recommend to use soft dishcloth or sponge to clean it.
Keep it dry when not in use.
